West Brom vs Aston Villa
Shooter : The Baggies finally got a win under their belt in beating West Ham last weekend, so will be buoyant heading into this Hawthorns derby. But Villa showed their threat on the road at White Hart Lane, and although they might be a bit leggy from their Euro antics on Thursday, I think they'll come away with a 2-2 draw.

Looter : The Baggies registered their first win last time out but will need to dig even deeper if they're to find a way past a resurgent Aston Villa side. Villa's side is geared up perfectly for pacy breaks away from home and I just think they'll have too much in their locker for a pretty leaky Albion rearguard. 1-3

Chelsea vs Man Utd
Shooter : United now have an embarrassment of attacking riches in Messrs Tevez, Ronaldo, Rooney and Berbatov - but Fergie has got to find a way of fitting them all in. Chelsea's superstars have been let off the leash under Big Phil, and they'll have Terry in defence much to Sir Alex's disgust. Losing at Anfield really puts the pressure on United, and I think they'll be undone narrowly again by a 2-1 scoreline.

Looter : It would be far too early to suggest defeat for United would rule them out of the title race already, but a victory for the Blues would make it a huge nine-point gap between the sides. That certainly puts the pressure on Sir Alex's side and I just think their nervy display at Anfield last week could well be duplicated at the Bridge. 2-1

Hull City vs Everton
Shooter : The Tigers took full advantage of Newcastle's turmoil to bank three points - but their last home game was a walloping by Wigan. I've said it before but Everton are more suited to playing away from home, and have Cahill back in the goal-scoring ranks. 1-3 for me.

Looter : The Toffees almost came unstuck at Stoke last week before Tim Cahill's winner, while Hull picked up a memorable away success at Newcastle. But Everton should just be too strong in all areas of the park and I'd back them - especially with Cahill back to fitness and back in the goals - to just have too much know-how for the Tigers. 1-2

Man City vs Portsmouth
Shooter : City fans were in dreamland when Robinho opened the scoring against Chelsea - but were soon brought back down to earth after losing 3-1. They're still gelling, whereas Pompey turn up with Defoe scoring goals for fun and looking as powerful as ever. I reckon 2-2

Looter : Neither Messrs Hughes or Redknapp would care to admit it, but both these teams have designs on the top four this season, so this Eastlands battle will be a real test of credentials. City looked bright early on against Chelsea last week and a repeat performance should be too much for Pompey, who are yet to really hit top gear this term. 2-0

Blackburn vs Fulham
Shooter : Rovers have yet to win at Ewood and were picked apart by the Gunners with ease, putting big pressure on Ince going into this one. Hodgson recruited well in the summer, and a forward line of Zamora/Johnson should cause lots of problems, with Gera/Davies and Bullard providing the bullets for the strike pair. I fancy an away win here - 1-2.

Looter : After a bright start at Everton on the opening day, it's all going hopelessly wrong for Blackburn - and eight goals conceded in the last two games is testament to that. Defeat in this one would pile the pressure on Ince, but Fulham are playing with confidence and fluency and I think Zamora and Johnson will be too much for an ageing Rovers defence. 0-2

Bolton vs Arsenal
Shooter : Bolton have been Arsenal's bogey team at The Reebok in recent seasons, but they've had the likes of Anelka and Diouf to call upon. They're always strong at home, but the Gunners really seem to moving through the gears and have Adebayor and van Persie in decent nick. I'm going for 0-2

Looter : They used to say Arsenal suffered nose bleeds when they went to the north-west, but wins at The Reebok late last season - and again at Ewood last week proved that the Gunners now have extra steel. Bolton won't make it easy, but it looks like another long season for Megson's men and just keeping the scoreline down will be a triumph of sorts for them in this one. 1-3

West Ham vs Newcastle
Shooter : West Ham are now officially under the guidance of Zola, who watched the defeat at West Brom but took the reins on Monday. The Hammers were a tad unlucky at The Hawthorns and should be pretty confident, while crisis-torn Newcastle roll into town with no manager, no belief and no chance. 3-1

Looter : It's a bit of a football cliche, but this is definitely a good time to be playing Newcastle, who are fast becoming an absolute joke of a football club. The fans will still be baying for Mike Ashley's blood at Upton Park - and although this is quite a happy hunting ground for them in recent years and Michael Owen in particular - I think the feel-good factor at Upton Park will spur the Hammers to victory. 2-1

Watford vs Reading
Shooter : Watford's morale is going to be pretty low after losing to Argyle in midweek, as they'd won their previous two home games. The bad news is that Reading, fresh from hitting Sheffield Wednesday for six, arrive with Doyle and Hunt proving they're actually Prem class. 1-3

Looter : It's been a disappointing start to the season for both these sides and this derby match will be one that both are desperate for the points in. The Royals, however, look far sharper in front of goal whilst the Hornets have lacked a cutting edge up front since the sale of Darius Henderson. Away win for me here. 0-2

Tottenham vs Wigan Ath
Shooter : The vultures are circling around White Hart Lane as Spurs have once again made a disastrous start and prop up the table - but remember they're team is full of quality. Wigan turn up full of confidence having hammered Hull on the road, with Zaki looking a real gem. 2-2

Looter : The new name on everyone's lips at The JJB is Amr Zaki and he's quickly proved to the Prem that he knows his way to goal. Add to that the threat of Emile Heskey - a player Spurs reportedly tried to buy in the summer - and I think Latics will be good value for a draw in this one against Juande Ramos' nervy side. 1-1

Liverpool vs Stoke City
Shooter : Whispers of title talk are starting to drift around Anfield after their fine start, and Robbie Keane has yet to click! Stoke's 3-2 win over Villa is now long forgotten and harsh reality is kicking in after successive defeats. Pulis will 'park the bus' and brick up the goal - but Rafa's Reds will still smash through it. 3-1

Looter : If you analyse the stats so far, you'll find that a half of Stoke's goals have come as a result of long throws from Rory Delap. But against a Liverpool side brimming with confidence and full of good headers of the ball in defence, then I think that tactic might just come up short. The Reds are upwardly mobile right now, and Tony Pulis' jumped-up little (or should I say 'big') upstarts, will do little to derail them. 2-0
