Archived tips :
Chelsea vs Newcastle
Shooter : Kinnear's Magpies head to London without a win on the road having conceded late on against Wigan. Chelsea, meanwhile, have Anelka in imperious form and I think he'll bag a brace in a comfortable win for the Blues. 4-0
Prediction : Home Win Actual Result : Draw
Looter : The Blues will be without Joe Cole and Didier Drogba plus a host of other injury absentees. But such has been their form this season that they'll hardly be noticed. Newcastle have improved lately, but still aren't great travellers and will lose again here with Deco and Anelka once again pulling the strings. 3-1
Prediction : Home Win Actual Result : Draw
Sunderland vs West Ham
Shooter : Jones and Cisse were the names on the scoresheet at Ewood Park in a fine win for the Cats, and I think these two will be too hot to handle for a distracted West Ham team who can't ignore all the club's troubles off the pitch. The Hammers have lost 4 of 6 on their travels so far, and I can't see them getting anything from this one. 3-1
Prediction : Home Win Actual Result : Away Win
Looter : The Hammers ended their long wait for a clean sheet in last week's draw with Portsmouth, largely thanks to Rob Green's inspired display. They'll look for similar heroics from him again on Wearside but four defeats in six away games tells it's own story and I think they'll slip to another defeat here, especially with Djibril Cisse and Kenwyne Jones finally finding form and fitness. 2-0
Prediction : Home Win Actual Result : Away Win
Tottenham vs Blackburn
Shooter : Tottenham's bubble under Redknapp burst at Fulham, but this is a great chance for them to get back on track. Their morale won't have been harmed by their Cottage defeat, and although Rovers are solid away performers (won 2 drawn 2 lost 2) I think Spurs will have too much class and firepower for them. 2-0
Prediction : Home Win Actual Result : Home Win
Looter : It's been a miserable campaign so far for Blackburn, but the one chink of light is the return to fitness of talismanic frontman Roque Santa Cruz. That said, it'll take more than his goals to keep them up this year and while I think he could register here, I don't think a leaky Rovers defence will keep out in-form Spurs. 3-1
Prediction : Home Win Actual Result : Home Win
Man City vs Arsenal
Shooter : City don't deal in draws at Eastlands, having won 3 and lost 3 so far, and I've got a sneaky feeling they'll inflict a third away defeat on the misfiring Gunners, who will sorely miss Walcott's pace up front and are still reeling from the Villa defeat. 2-1
Prediction : Home Win Actual Result : Home Win
Looter : It's slightly hard to fathom that Arsenal have already lost four games just 13 matches into the season - which effectively means they're out of the title race. That said, they still remain a force on their travels. City by contrast aren't great when the big guns come to town, having already lost to Chelsea and Liverpool on their home turf this season. I think there'll be goals, but I think Arsenal might edge it. 2-3
Prediction : Away Win Actual Result : Home Win
Middlesbro' vs Bolton
Shooter : Boro have the incentive of knowing a win could shoot them towards a top-six spot, and now have plenty of firepower in attack with Tuncay, Mido and Alves. Bolton have won twice on their travels, but have also lost four, and I think they'll be sunk at The Riverside. 2-1
Prediction : Home Win Actual Result : Away Win
Looter : Two teams upwardly mobile clash at The Riverside, and both will look to continue their recent upturns in fortune in this one. Neither side concede too many goals and I expect defences to be on top once again. This one has draw written all over it for me, so I'm thinking 0-0, or possibly 1-1.
Prediction : Draw Actual Result : Away Win
Portsmouth vs Hull City
Shooter : Both teams picked up a point last time out, and Hull play to a specific counter-attacking gameplan on the road so I think this will be another draw. There should be goals, probably from Defoe and Geovanni, but I'm going for even stevens. 2-2
Prediction : Draw Actual Result : Draw
Looter : The wheels have come off Hull somewhat in recent weeks and although they stopped the rot in a draw with Man City last week, the Tigers, for me, look like they have lost their roar. The pace of Defoe will scare their defence to death, and I think Pompey will win this one convincingly. 2-0
Prediction : Home Win Actual Result : Draw
Stoke City vs West Brom
Shooter : The Potters are Albion's bogey team, having tormented them for over 20 years, but the Baggies showed at Bolton earlier this season they can dig deep against physical teams if they need to. Mowbray's men looked comfortable at Anfield and Old Trafford for long spells, and in Meite and Olsson have the strength and presence at the back to combat Stoke's aerial bombardment and pinch a precious point. 1-1
Prediction : Draw Actual Result : Home Win
Looter : The Potters have had the edge of the Baggies in recent meetings, with West Brom only taking one point from the last four games. Their form of late is truly woeful and it's now six games since their last win. Stoke will be missing the banned Ricardo Fuller, but with big Mamma Sidibe his likely replacement, I hardly think they'll miss him. 2-1
Prediction : Home Win Actual Result : Home Win
Liverpool vs Fulham
Shooter : I'll admit I've consistently doubted Liverpool's title credentials, but they look the real deal this season and will dismiss Fulham with consummate ease. The Cottagers toppled Tottenham but have lost 4/5 on the road this season – make that 5/6 after the weekend. 2-0
Prediction : Home Win Actual Result : Draw
Looter : The Reds aren't in terrific form at the moment, but last week's win at Bolton proved they are at least back on a winning note. The pleasing thing for them is the return to fitness of Fernando Torres, who has endured a stop-start season so far. The Cottagers are one of the most awkward sides to play against as they hustle and harry more than most, but if the Reds decide to turn up, they should claim a comfortable enough win. 3-1
Prediction : Home Win Actual Result : Draw
Aston Villa vs Man Utd
Shooter : Both teams are buzzing ahead of this Villa Park thriller, with the hosts having stunned the Gunners and United having stuffed Stoke 5-0. United are really moving through the gears, though, and know they can't really afford to lose with Chelsea and Liverpool facing easy home games this weekend. A battling away win for me – 1-2.
Prediction : Away Win Actual Result : Draw
Looter : Villa proved last week at Arsenal why they are the side most likely to break the top-four's stranglehold this season. But when Man United roll into town, they will probably fear the worst, especially given that United have won here on all 9 of their last visits. It's a phenomenal run but I expect them to extend that to a perfect 10 - but by the tightest of margins. 0-1
Prediction : Away Win Actual Result : Draw
Nottm Forest vs Norwich
Shooter : Forest were only denied a great win at Bristol City by a late equaliser, while Norwich come into this game having been done at home by Swansea. Roeder's Canaries are rotten on the road (losing 5 of 8 so far), and I fancy the hosts to pick only their second home win of the season. 2-1.
Prediction : Home Win Actual Result : Away Win
Looter : Some might say a tough game to call, but if you look at recent results, you'll see it's Forest (unbeaten in their last four games, compared to Norwich - one point in the last four) who have the much better form. I just can't see beyond a home win here. 3-0
