Shooter : I'm still standing firm in my belief that Stoke won't win away from the Brit all season - but if Ince had stayed in charge this would've been a great chance for them. The Guvnor has been sacked, however, with Rovers appointing Big Sam whose arrival will ensure the hosts will be keen to impress their new boss. A home win for me - 2-0.

Looter : The appointment of Big Sam as Rovers boss makes this match a very different proposition for both teams, with Blackburn now ready to go out all guns blazing in a bid to impress the new manager. However, given that Stoke have lost just once in eight Premier League games, I think they'll make it tough and I think they can spoil the party. 1-1

Bolton vs Portsmouth
Shooter : Home form really doesn't seem to count much this season, and is sometimes a hindrance for a team like Bolton who thrive on soaking up pressure and launching counter-attacks. It'll be up to them to attack, allowing Pompey to hit them on the break, and I've got a sneaky feeling Adams' troops will pinch all three points. 1-2

Looter : There's changes - or should that be January sales - in the air at Portsmouth with Lassana Diarra likely to be the first of a few key departures in the next month or so. Bolton, although well beaten by Villa and Chelsea in their last two, have improved of late and should be back on the winning trail again here. 2-1

Fulham vs Middlesbro'
Shooter : Fulham could well get a taste of their own medicine at the Cottage as Boro will arrive and put 10 men behind the ball with a challenge to break them down. Roy's boys are strong at home this season having won 5 of 8 but the Teessiders have enough to earn a point. 0-0 or 1-1

Looter : Fulham's surge into the top half of the Premier League has been based on both a solid home record (five wins and just one defeat) as well as a new-found solidity in defence. Boro have hit a sticky patch having not won in six and with Mark Schwarzer eager to impress, I can't look beyond a home win here. 2-0

Hull City vs Sunderland
Shooter : Managerless Sunderland are buzzing after battering the Baggies last time out and have plenty of class in their team - but the Tigers continue to prove they deserve to be in the top six, and will take the momentum from their Anfield draw and edge a narrow win here. 2-1

Looter : This is a tricky one to call given Sunderland's return to goalscoring form last week and Hull's continuing success at Premier League level. After drawing at Anfield last week, this is the sort of game you'd expect them to win, but the Premier League has thrown up some shocks this term already and I think Kenwyne Jones could fire the Black Cats to a rare away success. 1-2

West Ham vs Aston Villa
Shooter : Zola and his troops must nervously have one eye on January's transfer window, where a big sale of players is expected, and they seem to enjoy playing away from Upton Park more at the moment. Villa arrive with Young and Agbonlahor in unstoppable form, with Laursen a lionheart at the back too. 1-3 to the Villans for me.

Looter : The Hammers held firm to claim a creditable 1-1 draw at Chelsea last week and will hope to build on that against Aston Villa, who will have been in UEFA Cup action in midweek. But don't let that fool you as it'll be a much-changed side and with a top-four finish a strong possibility this term, I favour an away win. 1-2

Arsenal vs Liverpool
Shooter : League leaders Liverpool left Stamford Bridge with all three points earlier this season, but although the Gunners are just about hanging in the title race they seem to relish the bigger challenges. It'll be like watching a game of chess due to Benitez's spoiling tactics, and I reckon 0-0 or 1-1.

Looter : Funny team Arsenal. Winners over Chelsea and Man United one week; beaten by Stoke and Man City the next. And a win in this one will really fire the Gunners back into the title race. But if you think back to matches between the sides last season - and they did meet twice in a matter of days at The Emirates - then both games finished 1-1 and I think there's a very strong chance that could happen again this time. 1-1

Newcastle vs Tottenham
Shooter : Gomes is finally to prove his worth in the Spurs goal, but their defensive options have been hurt by Woodgate's back problem. Redknapp is trying to consolidate on the road so won't be too gung-ho, and although the Magpies peppered Pompey 3-0 they tend to sometimes choke at St James' Park, having lost a 2-0 lead against Stoke. 1-1 for me

Looter : Newcastle's win over Portsmouth last week was a result waiting to happen as their form and performances of late have measurably improved. Spurs were winners here in the Carling Cup earlier this season, but don't let that kid you as Harry Redknapp's side are beset by injuries, so I definitely fancy a home win here. 2-1

West Brom vs Man City
Shooter : This is somehow a relegation battle, which I'm sure wasn't what the Arab billionaires had in mind when they took over at Eastlands. It really is last-chance saloon for the rockbottom Baggies who could get cut adrift with another defeat. They're 10 games without a win and are missing star striker Miller, and with Ireland, Robinho and SWP in their line-up, City should win at a canter. 0-2

Looter : It's the match neither side daren't lose, but if anyone has had the misfortune of seeing West Brom play this season, then it's easy to see why they are struggling. But there's talk this weekend that Albion might (finally) abandon their 4-5-1 formation and switch to two men up top. If they do that, I really believe they're capable of pinching a point, so I'll opt for a 1-1 draw.

Sheff Utd vs Crystal Palace
Shooter : This should be a brilliant Bramall Lane battle as the two play-off rivals are level-pegging on points - and then there's the added twist of Warnock returning to his former team. Both teams are full of threat and goals, but I'm going for a 2-1 win for the Blades.

Looter : The Blades have lost their last three at home against Reading, Wolves and Burnley and will be anxious to avoid a fourth straight setback at Bramall Lane. For that reason, I don't think they'll lose this and with Crystal Palace in indifferent form themselves, a narrow home win is probably the shrewd move here. 1-0

Coventry vs Ipswich
Shooter : A lack of home goals is hurting Coventry's hopes this season, with only 12 netted in 11 matches at The Ricoh, where they've won 3 drawn 4 and won 4 so far. Town are pretty rocky on the road and have won just 3 of 11, so I reckon it'll be a 1-1 stalemate.

Looter : A tricky one to call as neither side has hit any sort of form this season, and you have to go back to as early as October 4th for the Sky Blues' last win on home soil. Ipswich, on the other hand, have lost their last three away games, so with Coventry's need arguably more greater, I'll tip a narrow home win. 2-1
