Shooter : Wolves have looked pretty decent on the road in the Prem so far and have more of a goal threat up front than Big Sam's hosts, who drew a blank against the Hammers and are going to struggle finding the net this season, which could be a big struggle for them. 0-1
Prediction : Away Win    Actual Result : Home Win
Looter : Rovers have yet to register a goal in their two home outings to date, while Wolves have only hit the onion bag once on their travels, so don't expect goals to be flying in. But I think Rovers' need is greater, so they'll shade this 1-0.

Liverpool vs Burnley
Shooter : Gerrard has had a pretty good week after netting the winner at Bolton and a brace in the Croatia crushing...sadly Burnley won't be able to live with him and Torres at Anfield, where the Reds should win by a comfortable margin I reckon. 2-0
Prediction : Home Win    Actual Result : Home Win
Looter : The Clarets more than held their own for 30 minutes against Chelsea during their last away outing and Rafa Benitez will stress the need for a good start. If they can get the early goal, Liverpool could run away with it, but I think Burnley will make it tough and the Reds might only just scrape it late on. 2-0

Man City vs Arsenal
Shooter : This is it, the first real test of City's title aspirations - and I think Hughes' superstars will pass it. They've got Prem quality in every area of the park and bags of momentum...a certain Adebayor will be desperate to stun the Gunners too. 2-1

Looter : This game has so much riding on it given that the pair are likely to be rivals for the fourth Champions League spot. Arsenal will be missing Arshavin, while Tevez misses out for City, but I'm backing the in-form Adebayor to just make the difference for the hosts. 2-1.

Portsmouth vs Bolton
Shooter : This will be more gritty than pretty so don't expect a classic...Pompey have sold top-class stars and bought utter dross in my opinion, and these two could well occupy the bottom two spots for the rest of the season. I'm going for 1-1.

Looter : Pompey's fans will have virtually an unrecognisable side on display in this one, such has been the buying and selling that has gone on at Fratton Park recently. New sides often take time to gel, so I'm backing Bolton to bag a rare away win and take a bit of the heat off Gary Megson's back. 1-2

Stoke City vs Chelsea
Shooter : A lot of teams will leave the Brit pointless and with their tails between their legs this season - but Chelsea won't be one of them. The Blues look rock-solid under Ancelotti and can more than match Stoke's muscle, with their extra class edging a 2-1 win.

Looter : Chelsea were one of just two sides to win at The Brit last season and Stoke will see this clash as a real test of how far they have come. It really will be a battle of styles, but the Blues can mix it when they want to and may have to battle back for a point in this one. 1-1

Sunderland vs Hull City
Shooter : Sunderland have found a winning combination up front in Bent and Jones, and I think they'll have too much pace and power for Brown's Tigers. I'm predicting an open game with a few goals flying in so am going for a thrilling 3-2 win to the hosts.

Looter : Another huge clash for both sides, but it is Sunderland who have made the better start this term. Darren Bent has hit the ground running for the hosts, and although I think Hull will score, the Cats can out-claw the Tigers in this one. 3-1

Tottenham vs Man Utd
Shooter : Tottenham are a different animal this season, and in Aaron Lennon they have a player in the form of his life. Defoe is also full of goals and confidence, and with United always quite slow out of the blocks I'm backing Spurs to secure a 'shock' win. 2-1

Looter : Second versus third meet at White Hart Lane in what should be a thrilling encounter. Spurs have already accounted for Liverpool on home turf, while United slipped up at Burnley. But White Hart Lane is a happy hunting ground for Ferguson (they've not lost their in the league since May 2001)but I think he'll have to settle for a point here. 2-2, or maybe a classic 3-3!

Wigan Ath vs West Ham
Shooter : The Hammers fired blanks on their last trip to Lancashire recently, but I think they'll fare better against Martinez's men who have lost two from two on home turf so far. The Hammers are unbeaten on the road and I think that'll continue. 0-1

Looter : Don't be staying up late to catch this one on Match of the Day as I don't think it'll be a classic. West Ham grabbed a 1-0 win here during the latter stages of last term, and I think they could be on for a repeat - especially as Wigan struggle for goals and wins on home turf. 0-1

Birmingham City vs Aston Villa
Shooter : Villa's style of play under O'Neill, using the pace of Agbonlahor and Young on the counter-attack, is more suited to away games than at home, as proved by their recent win at Anfield. Blues are defensive under McLeish and will pay the price for that. 1-2

Looter : The Second City derby promises to be an explosive affair given it's two years since their last meeting. Villa are better equipped to win on their travels, and although Blues will be bang up for it, I think the visitors will score a couple of breakaway goals to break Birmingham hearts. 0-2

Fulham vs Everton
Shooter : Both sides have made sluggish starts to the season, perhaps due to Euro distractions, and I fancy them to cancel each other out on this occasion. Both have plenty of goal threat, so I'm going for a score draw, either 1-1 or 2-2.

Looter : The Toffees have won four of their last five meetings with the Cottagers so should fancy their chances of continuing that run. Moyes will set his side up in their familiar 451 and that could stifle Fulham's attacks and secure what some may see as a shock away win. 0-1
