Archived tips :
Bolton vs Chelsea
Shooter : These two locked horns at Stamford Bridge in midweek and the Blues put four goals past the Trotters in the Carling Cup. I wouldn't expect the same scoreline at The Reebok, but do expect a similar outcome with the Blues having too much class and firepower. 0-3
Prediction : Away Win Actual Result : Away Win
Looter : The Blues are on fire at the moment, having scored 13 goals and conceded zero in their last three games, so a trip to Bolton should hold no fears. The Trotters have just one win in five so far at home and Gary Megson will have more jeers again after an expected heavy defeat. 0-3
Prediction : Away Win Actual Result : Away Win
Burnley vs Hull City
Shooter : Burnley lost their impressive home record in the Prem, to Wigan of all teams, and could be missing 'The Beast' in goal. With all the controversy surrounding Hull, though, it'll be hard for the Tigers to focus, so I'm going for a Turf Moor win for the Clarets. 2-1
Prediction : Home Win Actual Result : Home Win
Looter : The word on the street is that Phil Brown has just two games to save his job - and although the pressure is on, I don't think a trip to Burnley should hold any fears. Wigan were 3-1 winners at Turf Moor last time out, and with star keeper Brian Jensen struggling, I'm tipping up Hull for a rare away triumph. 0-1
Prediction : Away Win Actual Result : Home Win
Everton vs Aston Villa
Shooter : The Toffees are being stretched to the limit in terms of squad size, and lost their cup trip to Spurs in midweek and further hit morale. They'll welcome a game at Goodison, but face a Villa team who love playing on the counter-attack with pace. 1-2
Prediction : Away Win Actual Result : Draw
Looter : The Toffees are still besieged by injuries, so a match against in-form Villa - who won at Goodison last season - is the last thing they will want. But whatever side David Moyes puts out, he will have them fired up and I think a score draw - 1-1, or possibly 2-2 - looks likely to me.
Prediction : Draw Actual Result : Draw
Fulham vs Liverpool
Shooter : Sorry Reds fans, but I really do think the Anfield win over United simply papered over the cracks for a very weak Reds squad. Torres isn't quite fully fit and although I can't quite see Fulham banking all three points, I think they'll earn a home draw. 1-1
Prediction : Draw Actual Result : Home Win
Looter : The Reds were 1-0 winners here last season thanks to a last-gasp Benayoun strike, but have an indifferent record at Craven Cottage. I think Rafa's troops are seriously lacking that togetherness and team spirit they have shown in yesteryear, so I'm going to tip up a Fulham triumph. 2-1
Prediction : Home Win Actual Result : Home Win
Portsmouth vs Wigan Ath
Shooter : Pompey may be bottom but they will have taken great confidence from their midweek drubbing of the Potters in the Carling Cup. Scotland and Rodallega will be a handful for the Latics, but I fancy the hosts to break their home hoodoo, which is played 5 lost 5. 2-0
Prediction : Home Win Actual Result : Home Win
Looter : Latics have been highly inconsistent this term having won four, but lost five of their 10 games played to date. Pompey are slowly showing signs they are ready to turn the corner, and I think they can just about edge out Wigan - if they can cut out the mistakes at the back. 2-1
Prediction : Home Win Actual Result : Home Win
Stoke City vs Wolves
Shooter : The big guns will be back for the Potters after Stoke's 4-0 drubbing by Pompey in midweek, and I don't blame Pulis for putting his priority on the Prem and resting his star players. Wolves are OK on the road but I think they'll eventually come undone here. 1-0
Prediction : Home Win Actual Result : Draw
Looter : This match is the nearest thing Stoke have to a derby this season, so their fans - amongst the passionate in the country anyway - will certainly be fired up for this one. Tony Pulis will ring the chances after the midweek Carling Cup hammering - and I'm expecting a home win as a result. 2-0
Prediction : Home Win Actual Result : Draw
Sunderland vs West Ham
Shooter : The pressure is starting to grow on Zola, whose Hammers arrive at the Stadium of Light in the bottom three and desperate for three points. That desperation, coupled with the fact the goals have somewhat dried up for the Black Cats, means I'm going for a shock 1-2 away win.
Prediction : Away Win Actual Result : Draw
Looter : With just one win in nine games so far this season, the dreaded 'R' word is started to be branded around Upton Park. Personally, I think the Hammers are too good to go down and haven't claimed the results their performances deserve. Sunderland are flying - but I have a sneaky feeling for West Ham, with an error from ex-Hammer Anton Ferdinand helping them on their way. 1-2
Prediction : Away Win Actual Result : Draw
Scunthorpe vs Swansea
Shooter : This is a tough one to call as there's not much between the two teams, with the Iron having a slight advantage as hosts. I think there'll be goals but can't a winner emerging so am going to go for a 2-2 draw as the Swans are draw specialists.
Prediction : Draw Actual Result : Away Win
Looter : The Iron have swept aside Sheffield United and Newcastle in their last two home games so should have no fears when inconsistent Swansea roll into town. Therefore, I'm tipping the hosts to get out of the traps quickly and net twice early doors on their way to victory. 2-0
Prediction : Home Win Actual Result : Away Win
Birmingham City vs Man City
Shooter : Right then, Sparky now his near-on a full-strength squad so it'll be interesting to see his starting XI. Whoever he picks I think they'll have enough quality on the pitch and bench to overcome a Blues team despite them having home advantage.
Prediction : Away Win Actual Result : Draw
Looter : Despite the multi-million cash injection of new owner Carson Yeung, survival this season remains Blues' top objective. They'll have loanee keeper Joe Hart ineligible in this one, but despite that I think they are capable of holding City to a draw. 1-1 for me.
Prediction : Draw Actual Result : Draw
Man Utd vs Blackburn
Shooter : Rovers have one of the worst records on the road in the Prem - and ship plenty of goals in along the way too, so it's hard to build a case for anything but a convincing home here. United haven't clicked into gear but could win this one in reverse. 2-0
Prediction : Home Win Actual Result : Home Win
Looter : United haven't quite hit top gear this season, but really only need to turn up to bag the points against Sam Allardyce's swine flu-depleted side. Jason Roberts is the latest to catch the bug - but the only thing his team-mates will be catching is the coach ride home with a heavy defeat to contemplate. 5-0
