Everton vs Birmingham City
Shooter : McLeish's Blues are the form team of the division and have Bowyer, in the goal-scoring form of his life, as their heartbeat. BATE beat the Toffees in midweek, and although it was a weakened team, losing is a hard habit to break so I'll go for an away win. 1-2
Prediction : Away Win Actual Result : Draw
Looter : Alex McLeish's bluenoses are absolutely buzzing and five wins in a row is proof of this. Everton haven't been in the best form at home this season, but drew at Chelsea last time out in the Prem, so can expect a point again. 1-1
Prediction : Draw Actual Result : Draw
West Ham vs Chelsea
Shooter : The Blues are showing the mark of champions - winning games when not even playing that well, as proved in midweek when Pompey arguably outplayed them at the Bridge. The Hammers, missing Cole's firepower in attack, are in big trouble - and will lose again here. 0-2
Prediction : Away Win Actual Result : Draw
Looter : League leaders Chelsea ended their 3-game wait for a win in midweek with a nervy success over basement dwellers Pompey, so should have restored a bit of confidence at least. West Ham's problem is a lack of goals in the absence of Carlton Cole, so back the Blues not to concede here. 0-2
Prediction : Away Win Actual Result : Draw
Wolves vs Burnley
Shooter : Put it this way, Wolves better win this game or Mick McCarthy is going to look like a right mug. I actually think he had every right to rest 10 men v Man Utd - he's the boss, and Prem bigwigs should keep their beaks out. Burnley are bad on the road, so I'll say 2-0.
Prediction : Home Win Actual Result : Home Win
Looter : Mick McCarthy rested an astonishing 10 players for the midweek clash at Old Trafford and he'll look like an even bigger mug if they don't pick up three points here. But I think his gamble will pay off - especially as the Clarets get travel sick. 2-1
Prediction : Home Win Actual Result : Home Win
Newcastle vs Middlesbro'
Shooter : Gordon has hardly provided a tonic for Boro, apart from the drubbing of QPR, and although I'm sure they'll be in the top six come the end of the season, the Magpies are like a momentum juggernaut and should have too much class for their North-East rivals. 3-1
Prediction : Home Win Actual Result : Home Win
Looter : It'll be the first Tyne-Tees derby outside the Prem for a good few years, but that won't mean the passion will be abated. The Magpies are without Andy Carroll (ban) but Kevin Nolan is scoring for fun and I think he'll do the damage against out-of-sorts Boro. 2-0
Prediction : Home Win Actual Result : Home Win
Aston Villa vs Stoke City
Shooter : O'Neill's Villans won away at Man Utd and Sunderland and seem set for a sustained crack at the Big Four, having also won 5 and only lost once at home so far this season. The Potters don't travel too well so it has to be a home banker right? Wrong, I've got a sneaky feeling they'll pinch all three points with a 2-1 win.
Prediction : Away Win Actual Result : Home Win
Looter : Successive away wins at Man United and Sunderland mean Villa are absolutely buzzing, but Martin O'Neill will remind his players that Stoke are dangerous opponents. The Potters tend to go defensive on the road, and whilst that has bagged them a few draws, I don't think it will work at Villa Park. 3-0
Prediction : Home Win Actual Result : Home Win
Blackburn vs Tottenham
Shooter : It'll be interesting to see if Bentley gets a start against his former team at Ewood - but I doubt he will after the fine midweek mauling of Man City, in which Lennon and Kranjcar dazzled. Rovers are strong at home so I think this will be a cracking 2-2 draw.
Prediction : Draw Actual Result : Away Win
Looter : Spurs underlined their top-four credentials with a 3-0 thumping of Man City in midweek and with Niko Kranjcar in red-hot form, they'll relish this trip to Blackburn. That said, Rovers haven't lost at home since the opening day, so the smart money says a draw. 2-2
Prediction : Draw Actual Result : Away Win
Fulham vs Man Utd
Shooter : Bobby Zamora is a man on a mission at the moment and has shut his critics up in style with 4 goals in his last 3 games. Fulham will cause a makeshift United defence plenty of problems, but the Red Devils have enough class to come away with a useful point. 2-2
Prediction : Draw Actual Result : Home Win
Looter : Much has been made about the sale of Ronaldo in the summer, but I think in Antonio Valencia, United have found a player of genuine quality to replace him. Fulham will have played a day later than United having won in Basle, and I think that will make a bit of a difference and United will win - just. 1-2
Prediction : Away Win Actual Result : Home Win
Man City vs Sunderland
Shooter : Sunderland have really missed Cattermole's midfield bite during his absence, but Bent and Jones should ensure the Cats get their claws into a flaky home defence. Mark Hughes needs Barbara Woodhouse on board to teach City how to hold a lead - but I think they'll win 3-2.
Prediction : Home Win Actual Result : Home Win
Looter : City have defensive issues after Joleon Lescott was ruled out until new year, and could probably think of easier assignments than Jones and Bent. But I think City's frontmen should have enough firepower to send the hosts into the festive period in high spirits. 2-1
Prediction : Home Win Actual Result : Home Win
Blackpool vs West Brom
Shooter : The Baggies have stuttered in recent games, needing a last-gasp goal to claim a draw with QPR after a home defeat by Cardiff. They seem to relax more away from The Hawthorns, though, and although Blackpool are doing brilliantly I think they'll be edged out here. 1-2
Prediction : Away Win
Looter : The Baggies remain in hot pursuit of leaders Newcastle but a trip to the seaside is not an easy assignment these days. Holloway' troops are buzzing and have only lost once on their home patch, so I'd rule out an away win. But a draw could be on the cards - and I expect there'll be goals galore too. 3-3
Prediction : Draw
Arsenal vs Hull City
Shooter : Geovanni scored a wonder goal to help the Tigers win this fixture last season and although Hull have had a good rest, sometimes playing regularly is more beneficial - especially when you've just won at Anfield. Arshavin and Fabregas to net for me in a 3-1 win.
Prediction : Home Win Actual Result : Home Win
Looter : This match represents Arsenal's third game in the league in six days, whereas Hull will have had a whole week off. But I don't think that will make too much difference, and with the pain of defeat in this game last year still hurting, expect the Gunners to be home and hosed by half-time in this one. 4-0
