Archived tips :
Arsenal vs Man City
Shooter : The Gunners have misfired at exactly the wrong time and with another trophyless season on the horizon, I think the players will struggle to rouse themselves. City will be motivated by their derby heartache and top-four target, so I'm going for a score draw, say 2-2.
Prediction : Draw Actual Result : Draw
Looter : Micah Richards believes City deserve to finish fourth this term, but the league table doesn't lie and the Blues may not like the look of things come the end of this weekend. Arsenal won't want to do Tottenham any favours, but know they must win to keep their lingering title hopes alive. And with Andrey Arshavin and Robin van Persie both back in the groove, win this one they will. 3-2
Prediction : Home Win Actual Result : Draw
Bolton vs Portsmouth
Shooter : Bolton all-but secured their Premier League status with their fine win at Stoke (tipped by myself I might add) so will play with confidence and freedom. Pompey players will be desperate to avoid injury before the FA Cup final, so I'll predict a 3-1 win.
Prediction : Home Win Actual Result : Draw
Looter : The Trotters produced a stunning late win at Stoke last week so will be bursting with confidence. On that basis, I'd instantly rule out an away win, but Portsmouth are playing for cup final places and should have Aruna Dindane back in their ranks after resolving a cash dispute, so I'll back them to pick up a point. 1-1
Prediction : Draw Actual Result : Draw
Hull City vs Sunderland
Shooter : The Tigers are clinging on to survival purely because West Ham are equally as inept as them - but they were turned over by Aston Villa in midweek, and I think the Black Cats will have too much firepower for Iain Dowie's strugglers. 1-2
Prediction : Away Win Actual Result : Away Win
Looter : Hull have no choice but to go for victory in this one and should be lifted by their tigerish draw at Birmingham. The Black Cats have hit form at the right time to pull clear of relegation, but with little to play for, I'll tip the Tigers for a crucial maximum haul. 2-1
Prediction : Home Win Actual Result : Away Win
West Ham vs Wigan Ath
Shooter : West Ham's need for points is far greater than Wigan's following the Latics' stunning win over the Gunners - and I think that'll prove vital here. Home form is going to be key for the Hammers if they're to stay up and I think they'll pocket all three points here. 2-0
Prediction : Home Win Actual Result : Home Win
Looter : Another huge game at the basement and you wouldn't want to be the home fans given the stakes in this one. But a draw at Everton and a home win over Sunderland in recent weeks has showed the Hammers have bottle, and with Luis Boa Morte also fit again, I'll back them to claim a crucial win. 3-1
Prediction : Home Win Actual Result : Home Win
Wolves vs Blackburn
Shooter : Mick McCarthy's men know they probably need one more win to get across the survival finishing line - and I think they'll get it here. Rovers have little to rouse them and are pretty rotten on the road, so I'm going for a dour 1-0 win to the hosts.
Prediction : Home Win Actual Result : Draw
Looter : It's a testament to the job Mick McCarthy has done that we're not considering Wolves to be relegation candidates, so you could forgive them for switching off slightly in this one. Rovers have only lost once in the last six so I'd back them to sneak a low-scoring win here. 0-1
Prediction : Away Win Actual Result : Draw
Aston Villa vs Birmingham City
Shooter : This is a big, big game for Villa in their bid for fourth place - but they're bang in form after wins over Pompey and Hull. Blues will look to keep it tight, and I think they'll score against the Villans - but I reckon the hosts will grab a dramatic late winner. 2-1
Prediction : Home Win Actual Result : Home Win
Looter : Blues were thumped 5-1 on their last trip to Villa Park, but are a different animal these days to the one that went down two years ago. Villa look fairly jaded of late, and with Blues having more legs in midfield, I'm going to back them to pick up a surprise victory. 1-2
Prediction : Away Win Actual Result : Home Win
Burnley vs Liverpool
Shooter : Brian Laws' Burnley are one of the worst Prem teams I've seen in the top flight in recent years - but somehow they've still got a chink of survival of hope to cling onto. Rafa's Reds have had a terrible season - and I just can't shake a hunch that their long trek to Madrid and back will drain them, so I'm going for a 1-0 home win!
Prediction : Home Win Actual Result : Away Win
Looter : David Nugent should return to Burnley's line-up for this one and being an Everton fan, he for one, will be eager to do well. The Reds might well be jaded from their epic Europa League adventure in Spain this week, but should still have enough quality to get one over one of the worst top-flight sides in years. 0-2
Prediction : Away Win Actual Result : Away Win
Everton vs Fulham
Shooter : It's job done for Fulham in the Premier League this season, with survival secured and their full focus now on their Europa League bid. That, tallied with Everton's red-hot form home and away, means this is a mortgage job in my book. 2-0 to David Moyes' Toffees.
Prediction : Home Win Actual Result : Home Win
Looter : Another match moved to Sunday due to European involvement, and Fulham's progress to a possible Europa League final will surely take the upmost importance for the Cottagers. Therefore, forget any hopes Fulham have of taking anything from this game as their much-changed side will be no match for the on-song Toffees. 2-0
Prediction : Home Win Actual Result : Home Win
Chelsea vs Stoke City
Shooter : The Potters have got a poor record against the table-topping Blues, who will be without banned skipper John Terry and just need to keep their cool with the title in their grasps. Stoke's away form is quite impressive and they'll make it tough, but I'm going for a 1-0 win.
Prediction : Home Win Actual Result : Home Win
Looter : Sunday's 4pm kick-off has been given the 3D treatment by Sky, but given Stoke's record against the Blues since winning promotion two years ago (played four, lost four) I don't think they'll be that keen to pack out the pubs. It's a must-win for Chelsea, while I think Stoke will pack the midfield in a bid to keep the scoreline down. 2-0.
Prediction : Home Win Actual Result : Home Win
Sheff Utd vs Swansea
Shooter : The Blades' play-off hopes have been blunted once again so they've got nothing but pride to play for here. Bramall Lane is always a tough place to win at, though, so I reckon the Swans will leave Sheffield with a point in the bank. 1-1
Prediction : Draw Actual Result : Home Win
Looter : The Blades have seen their play-off hopes curtailed for another season, so can be forgiven for having their minds on the beach in this one. Swansea won't want to lose with the a top-six place there for the taking so will be good value on the draw-no-bet stakes. However, I think they'll go one better and claim a morale-boosting victory here. 0-1
