Birmingham City vs Arsenal
Shooter : The goals have dried up slightly for the Gunners after their cup stuffing by United and stalemate with Milan, so don't expect this to be a walk in the park for the leaders. Blues have only won 3 at home and I don't think that stat will change in a tight defeat. 0-1
Prediction : Away Win    Actual Result : Draw
Looter : Arsenal have been in awesome form of late and have won five of their last six in the Prem. Contrast that to Brum, who are without a win in 2008. I genuinely believe McLeish's men are going down - and although they might battle hard here, the Top Gunners will fire their way to the points. 0-3
Prediction : Away Win    Actual Result : Draw
Fulham vs West Ham
Shooter : Both these London clubs have had a nice long break so should be refreshed and bang up for this one. Fulham are slowly progressing under Hodgson but the Hammers have won 5 of 12 on the road, so I think there'll be goals in a draw at the Cottage. 2-2
Prediction : Draw    Actual Result : Away Win
Looter : It's make or break time as far as these two sides are concerned. Fulham are desperately trying to avoid the drop, while West Ham need the points for Europe. But the Cottagers' need - coupled with the fact they beat Villa here last time out - should ensure a narrow home win. 2-1
Prediction : Home Win    Actual Result : Away Win
Liverpool vs Middlesbro'
Shooter : You might think the pressure is off Rafa after the Inter win, but they simply have to finish fourth so need all three points from this fixture. Boro are in decent form but Alves is taking time to find his feet and I think the Reds will bank a 6th league win at Anfield. 2-0
Prediction : Home Win    Actual Result : Home Win
Looter : After the midweek heroics against Inter Milan, Rafa needs his men to produce another convincing performance against the Teessiders. But Boro have been in their best ever form under Southgate and might, just might, sneak a point. 1-1
Prediction : Draw    Actual Result : Home Win
Newcastle vs Man Utd
Shooter : We're at the business end of the season and this is always when Fergie's boys move up through the gears. Keegan is nervously looking over his shoulder, and quite right as they're a shambles at the back. Sorry Toon fans, but United will win at a canter. 0-2 or 0-3
Prediction : Away Win    Actual Result : Away Win
Looter : The Magpies will have to be on top form to get anything out of this one, but King Kev would love it (just love it) if his side could take any points off United. It'll be a match for the Joey Bartons and Alan Smiths of the Newcastle side to shine - and I think they could steal a point. 2-2
Prediction : Draw    Actual Result : Away Win
Portsmouth vs Sunderland
Shooter : Sunderland's away record reads won 0 drawn 2 lost 11, so it doesn't take a genius to see where I'm going with this. Pompey are still in the cup so everyone wants to impress Harry, and with Defoe (far better than Benjani IMO) up front they'll have way too much class. 3-1
Prediction : Home Win    Actual Result : Home Win
Looter : The Cats are still to win on their travels this season and are unlikely to get much joy out of a trip to Fratton Park. Harry has his African stars back on duty and the muscle that Diop, Muntari and Utaka provide in their midfield should ensure a home win here. 2-0
Prediction : Home Win    Actual Result : Home Win
Wigan Ath vs Derby
Shooter : Confidence levels are understandably not great in either camp after respective 2-0 and 3-0 defeats by Sunderland and Spurs in their last outings, so don't expect a classic. It'll be blood and thunder though and I think the Rams will come away with a hard-earned point. 1-1
Prediction : Draw    Actual Result : Home Win
Looter : The pressure is off the Rams now, because they know Championship football is all-but a certainty. Jewell is already planning for next season, so in many respects they can relax. By contrast, Wigan (likely to be without Emile Heskey) are still battling for their lives and might find the pressure too much in this one. 0-1
Prediction : Away Win    Actual Result : Home Win
Reading vs Aston Villa
Shooter : Reading may have won 6 at home this season, but the last of those was back in December and they've since seen Pompey, United and Bolton leave the Madejski with all three points. Villa have had a nice sunshine break and tore the Toon apart last time out. 1-2 for me.
Prediction : Away Win    Actual Result : Away Win
Looter : The Royals need a win, and they need one fast, and could probably wished for easier opponents than Aston Villa. John Carew has emerged as a key performer for Villa in recent weeks, but in Ibrahima Sonko, they have a defender capable of shackling him. It might be tight, but I'm edging towards a home win. 2-1
Prediction : Home Win    Actual Result : Away Win
Blackburn vs Bolton
Shooter : This will be a spicy Lancashire hot-pot as always but Rovers will be much fresher after a lengthy break, tallied with Bolton's UEFA Cup actionon Thursday. The Trotters will be hard to break down, but I think Rovers will score as the game wears on and legs tire. 2-0
Prediction : Home Win    Actual Result : Home Win
Looter : Rovers will go into this one by far the fresher of the two sides, having not played in almost 2 weeks. Bolton, by contrast, will have returned weary from Madrid in the early hours of Friday, so there can only be one winner for me here in this one. 3-1
Prediction : Home Win    Actual Result : Home Win
Q.P.R. vs Sheff Utd
Shooter : The Blades performed admirably in the cup draw with Boro, and now have a decent boss at the helm in Kevin Blackwell. They'll always be a threat with Beattie/Stead/Sharp in their armoury, but Messrs Vine and Agyemang will ensure the Rs at least get a point. 2-2
Prediction : Draw    Actual Result : Draw
Looter : The Hoops were the Championship's big spenders in January and brought in some quality additions. However, their form is patchy to say the least having blown a 2-0 lead to lose 4-2 against Burnley last time at Loftus Road. They'll want to make amends, but come up against a Blades side who held Middlesbrough last week and can expect another draw here. 1-1
Prediction : Draw    Actual Result : Draw
Watford vs Preston NE
Shooter : Here we have two teams at differing ends of the table but both desperate for points. PNE could struggle to lift morale after their FA Cup exit heartache, and the Hornets' direct and robust style should be too much to handle for the lowly Lilywhites. 2-0
Prediction : Home Win    Actual Result : Draw
Looter : North End were desperately unlucky not to beat Portsmouth in the cup last week and should take heart from their display. But Watford have finally overcome their blip and should have too much firepower in Henderson and Ellington for the relegation-threatened Lilywhites. 2-1
Prediction : Home Win    Actual Result : Draw
