OPENING AN ACCOUNT

You must be over 18 to open an account.

shoot4theloot.co.uk accepts entries (i.e. any gaming transactions) from customers using VISA or MasterCard credit cards and Switch or Delta debit cards.

Simply complete the account registration form with your chosen username, password and selected personal details.

To help us combat fraud efficiently, it may be necessary for us to request customers to provide personal identification in order to verify their registration details.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your personal details are kept up to date, especially your email address.

Your username and password details are issued for your personal use only and should be kept private at all times. Account holders are responsible for all bets accepted on their account where the person placing the bet has entered the correct username and password. Bets should only be placed by the account holder.

Account holders are responsible for all bets placed on their account where the correct password has been stated. Therefore, in their own interests account holders should not under any circumstances divulge their password or account details to any third party. Where an account holder has reason to believe that a third party may be in possession of their password and/or account details, it is the account holder's responsibility to contact the Shoot4theLoot team immediately to register a replacement password.

We reserve the right to close any account without obligation to state a reason.

It is the responsibility of individual customers to ensure that they comply with their own local, national or state laws with regard to betting before opening an account or placing a bet. Bets must not be placed where this would contravene a customer's local, national or state laws and any bet so placed is liable to be declared void, in which event no winnings will be paid on that bet.

Bets will not be accepted from any person resident in the USA.

We reserve the right to close an account at any time without explanation. This will not affect any outstanding entries.


ACCURACY ON SUBMISSION

Please check your game details carefully before submitting your prediction as once you have placed an entry, it cannot be withdrawn.


PAYMENT OF WINNINGS

Returns due on entries placed on your account will be added to your balance once the entry has been settled. You will be contacted by email for winnings over the maximum withdrawal limit inviting your instructions regarding method of payment. This balance will remain in your account unless you submit an online request for your chosen balance to be sent to your bank account or by cheque.

Once you have submitted your request, you will receive a confirmation message that the transfer has been actioned and your balance will then clear to zero or the balance of the amount not withdrawn. If you clear your account down to zero, to place any further entries you will be required to transfer a minimum deposit of £5 into your account.

Your transferred funds will leave us at the close of business and will be credited to your registered bank/building society. These funds will be subject to a clearance period determined by the card issuing bank (normally 3 working days). If you choose payment by cheque, this may take a little longer.

FREE BETS

Free bets credited to your account are not transferable for cash and cannot be withdrawn. Free bets will not be shown separately within the account, but the cash paid bets will be played before the free bets. For example where £20 is deposited with £10 of free bets and £15 of bets have been made, the account total will be £15 of which £5 is cash bets and available for withdrawal and the remaining £10 are the free bets which cannot be withdrawn. Further deposits to the account will be treated in the same way as the initial cash paid bets nd will be played in advance of the free bets.

Shoot4theLoot Ltd operates within the confines of the Gambling Act 2005.


SITE RULES AGREEMENT

In registering with shoot4theloot.co.uk, you will be agreeing to these Site Rules and the rules governing each particular type of bet and game as described on this site. In the event of any inconsistencies between these Site Rules and such other rules, these Site Rules will prevail.


PROTECTION OF CUSTOMER FUNDS

Monies held in Customers accounts are not protected in the event of insolvency, however, the directors provide a personal guarantee for all monies held in customer accounts


AMENDMENTS

We reserve the right to change these Site Rules at any time.
